LOLs... then changed finish le quickly ran up the rooftop train dragon... reach there... do some warm-ups... then coach was selecting the position for dragon... then due to tat fat amos didn't came... i was being huat

then coach was saying... lets warm-up for dragon... then he say to me... ka water... then i huh!?... then he say faster lars... then i start ka le lrohs... after 5 or 6 times... siao liaos... hand start to no strength... ka slower and slower by time... like those machine going die liddat... hahas!!...
then changed... chuan 5-6, jump 5-6... tat was okoks... then after doing tat for few more rounds... we rest for awhile... then do long tern tian... my dragon head was even lower then 2jie... zzz... suan liaos... tat one coach come in and help me... i just stand outside see nia... hahas...
hmmm... then changed to last... half ka water... siao liaos... sibei kick... ji yuan told me tat i more strength than him... of course lars!... CHEYS!~... hahas... he told me use yao li to push it up... but... nb... still cannot... lols... mine super slow lars... do until kns... then after tat rest... when down watch wlcs and juboon perform liaos... hahas...
